Management Philosophy

The original management philosophy of Recruit Co.,Ltd. was initially established in 1968, followed by a revision in 1989 after "Recruit Scandal".
Having discussed on the topic, in April 2013, our new management team decided the another revision to the existing management philosophy applying to all of Recruit group, laying a great importance not only on "Creation of new values", one of Recruit's values since its foundation,but also on our commitment to meet expectations from the society.
