We first established the Recruit Company Creed in 1968 and re-established it as our Management Philosophy in 1989 following the shares-for-favors Recruit scandal.
We developed our current Management Philosophy in April 2013 after revisiting our Management Philosophy under our new operating structure. It incorporates our commitment to responding to the needs of society while continuing to place importance on our long-standing focus of creating new value.
